Golden Pineapple Balsamic and Persian Lime Glazed Salmon Fillets
These Golden Pineapple Balsamic and Persian Lime Glazed Salmon Fillets are one of my favorite ways to prepare salmon! It’s easy to make, yet the end results are amazingly delicious! It’s just one of those impressive entrees that’s sure to please yet it doesn’t require much.
Ingredients:
2 - 6 oz salmon fillets
2-3 limes, zest
1-2 Tbsp honey (depending on the sweetness you prefer)
2 Tbsp Di Oliva Golden Pineapple White Balsamic
2 Tbsp Di Oliva Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, honey, Golden Pineapple Balsamic and Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil together. Add salt & pepper to taste. Taste and add more honey or balsamic if needed depending on the sweetness you desire. Pour half of the glaze into a zip-top bag or airtight container. Add salmon to the bag or container. Marinate up to 45 minutes. Reserve remaining glaze. Place salmon skin side down on a baking sheet lined with foil. Set an oven rack approx. 6 inches from the heat. Broil salmon for 4 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze over the salmon. Broil another 3-4 minutes. Check for doneness.
Enjoy!!
