The Blenheim variety of apricot is both sweet and tart with an intense aroma of honeysuckle. It's picked when it still has a faint green tinge. We've married this with our aged white balsamic, and the result is a delicious balsamic that is great with grilled chicken, as a glaze, or served with cheese. It is also wonderful for vinaigrette, reduction, marinade, or fruit salad.
Pairs well with our Basil olive oil.
All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
