Our golden pineapple balsamic from Modena, Italy is sweet and tart with the heady aroma of fresh ripe pineapple. This amazing, zesty balsamic is the perfect complement to fruit salads and fresh berries. It adds substantial flavour without discolouring salads. Try pairing with soy sauce, ginger and our Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an amazing marinade. This mixes well with a chicken salad topped with pineapple chunks. It’s delicious on grilled shrimp, peppers, and onions, adding tropical flavour to your dish! For dessert, try drizzling over fruits and ice cream or simply add to plain yogurt.
All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
